We have a young, highly trained and equally motivated kitchen team. Our food is correspondingly young and fresh. Regarding Freshness: Naturally we do not use any preserved products that we can create ourselves. Our Chef de Cuisine, Daniel Mostögel, prioritizes seasonal menu planning.

The staff are is very friendly and the breakfast is copious and tasty and served to your table. The room was spacy spacious and clean.
